Step back in time and experience the magic of 19th-century photography as you create and develop your own portrait using the fascinating wet plate collodion process 📸

An ancient process where we print images created on the spot. A glowing orange liquid is spread over a glass plate. Before the collodion overflows the boundaries set by the size of our image, we return what we don’t need to sensitize the plate—when the Present crosses into the 19th century.

Over the afternoon, we will go through these and other steps of the process that bring us closer together.
