Yes! You can join the course after it has started, as long as places are still available. Get in touch with the Hands On team to check availability and discuss joining the programme.
No previous experience is required. The course is suitable for beginners as well as those who already enjoy cooking and want to expand their knowledge of plant-based cuisine.
The course includes 18 practical cooking sessions, fresh and seasonal ingredients, shared lunches at the atelier, more than 120 recipes, supporting learning materials, recipe books, a certificate of participation, and ongoing guidance throughout the programme.
The course runs from October 2026 to June 2027 at Atelier Solo in Lisbon. It consists of nine monthly modules, with classes scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for a total of 18 sessions and 90 hours of learning.
Please bring a kitchen knife, an apron, a hand towel, a notebook, and a pen. The ingredients used during the classes are provided as part of the course.
If you're unable to attend a weekend, you can catch up by watching the video recordings of the classes you missed. This allows you to revisit the lessons and keep up with the course programme even when you can't attend in person.
