Suitable for complete beginners and those deepening an existing practice alike, this is yoga on your terms, in a setting that actually inspires you to slow down.

The session is built around a grounding Hatha practice that moves through postures, alignment and mindful body awareness at a pace that works for your body on that particular day. Teresa weaves breathwork and intentional movement throughout, creating a session that is as much about genuine restoration as it is about physical practice. The space she holds is safe, inclusive and entirely free of judgment, which means you can show up exactly as you are and find exactly what you need.

I am Teresa, founder of Teresa e os Yogis. In my classes I aim to create a safe space where everyone feels comfortable, where you have the opportunity to connect with your body and discover new dimensions of yourself, regardless of your age, gender, physical ability or level of practice. No judgment, ever.

Suitable for all levels including complete beginners. No prior yoga experience needed. Location adapted to your preference anywhere in Alentejo.
