My name is António, and the ocean has always been part of who I am. I grew up in Vila Nova de Milfontes, surrounded by nature and deeply connected to the water from a young age. I started with canoeing and surfing as a kid, and that’s where my passion for the ocean truly began. In 2016, I discovered Stand Up Paddle — and everything changed. The freedom, the balance, and the connection with nature made me realize this was what I wanted to do every day. That’s how SW SUP was born. Since 2017, I’ve been dedicated to sharing this experience with others — whether it’s your very first time on a board or you’re looking to improve your skills. My goal has always been to create a safe, fun, and authentic environment where people can learn, grow, and enjoy the ocean. But for me, it’s about more than just the sport. It’s about the feeling of being out on the water, the calm of the river, the energy of the sea, and those small moments — like watching someone stand up for the first time or sharing a sunset session — that stay with you long after. Today, I work with a passionate and experienced team, and together we make sure every experience is personal, safe, and unforgettable. If you join us, my goal is simple: that you leave with a smile, great memories, and maybe even a new passion for the ocean.
