Each session begins with a personalised beach briefing covering ocean awareness, safety and the technical fundamentals relevant to your level. You practice paddle technique and pop-up on the sand before entering the water, where your certified instructor provides continuous hands-on guidance throughout. The 30 minutes of free equipment rental after the lesson gives you extra time in the water to consolidate what you have just learned, making the most of your time at the beach and your time in Porto.
