You will leave with a completed woven textile project made during the week, a solid foundation in loom-weaving techniques, and the experience of a creative and relaxing week in Lisbon.
The residency takes place at Rita's home studio in Odivelas, Lisbon. It can also take place at your location in the Lisbon or Caldas da Rainha areas, with a travel fee depending on the distance. Please note that the studio is on the third floor and has no lift.
Workshops are available every day, subject to availability. During summer, from the end of May to the end of October, sessions can only be confirmed one week in advance due to possible extreme heat that may lead to the studio closing.
