Cold ceramic workshop in Almada at Homie Academy for anyone who wants to discover the art of shaping unique pieces without needing a kiln. This hands-on session introduces you to cold ceramics, a versatile and accessible material that can be modelled, textured, painted and finished to create decorative or functional objects in a single session, all in a relaxed and creative atmosphere. All materials included and you take home every piece you make. No prior experience needed.
The session moves through the full cold ceramics process step by step. An introduction to the different types of cold ceramics and their properties opens the session before a demonstration of the techniques and materials used to achieve different effects and textures. From there each participant creates their own chosen pieces with close guidance and individual support throughout, refining and improving as the session progresses before packaging everything up to take home safely. Please bring one or two cardboard or plastic boxes to transport your finished pieces securely.

Our workshops are built around the pleasure of making something together, sharing knowledge and leaving with skills and memories that last beyond the session itself.
