This hands-on session covers the full process step by step, from preparing and kneading the dough through proving, shaping and frying to filling and finishing, with a tasting at the end and the knowledge to recreate the recipe at home whenever the craving strikes. All materials and ingredients included and no prior baking experience needed.

The session opens with a brief introduction to the history of Bolas de Berlim and the ingredients involved before moving into the recipe explanation and hands-on execution. You learn kneading, proving and shaping techniques for the fermented dough, the correct temperature and frying methods for a perfect golden result, and the preparation of the classic cream filling. The session closes with filling and finishing the Bolas de Berlim, a tasting and the packaging of your creations to take home.
