Exclusive Wine and Olive Oil Experience

Wine and olive oil experience in Alentejo at Santa Vitória, a full-day immersive journey through one of the most beautiful and purposefully run estates in Portugal. Founded in 2002 and part of the Vila Galé Group, Santa Vitória combines deep respect for the land with high-quality wine and olive oil production, and this exclusive experience gives you access to all of it, from a tractor ride through the estate to an olive oil tasting workshop, a guided wine tasting of four selected wines and a leisurely lunch at Hotel Alentejo Vineyards surrounded by vineyards and nature. Minimum two guests required.

The day opens with a warm welcome including fresh orange juice, water, coffee and a tasting of traditional homemade jams. At 10:30 a charming tractor ride takes you through the estate, discovering the old bullring, the educational farm, pear orchards, majestic Lusitano horses, brave bulls, deer, plum orchards and the breathtaking Alentejo landscape at every turn. The ride continues to the olive oil mill for a guided visit and hands-on olive oil tasting workshop covering the full production process from harvest to bottle. At 12:00 the experience moves to the winery for a relaxed wine tasting of two white and two red wines, followed by lunch at the hotel. The afternoon is yours to explore the estate freely, visiting the educational garden, meeting the horses and strolling through the vineyards at your own pace.
