The experience combines a guided winery visit, a hands-on cooking workshop alongside the estate chef and a farm-to-table lunch paired with two Santa Vitória wines and premium Santa Vitória Olive Oil, all unfolding across a morning at one of the most beautiful and purposefully run estates in Portugal. Founded in 2002 and part of the Vila Galé Group, Santa Vitória represents a genuine commitment to the land, sustainability and the flavours that define the Alentejo.

The day begins at 11:00 with a welcome drink featuring fresh orange juice, water, coffee and a curated selection of artisanal jams, designed to awaken every sense before the winery tour begins. The tour takes you through the story of the estate, the philosophy behind Santa Vitória wines and the secrets of the winemaking and olive oil production process. At 12:30 the cooking workshop begins alongside the chef, preparing a starter and a main course while learning culinary techniques, local traditions and the art of pairing flavours. Each dish is harmonised with selected wines and olive oil throughout, creating a genuine celebration of Alentejo gastronomy. The day closes with free time to explore the estate and absorb the energy of this remarkable place at your own pace.
