The day begins at 10:00 with a refreshing welcome drink of fresh orange juice, water and coffee alongside a curated tasting of artisanal jams, a gentle and flavourful introduction to everything that follows. At 10:30 a guided winery visit takes you through the story of Casa de Santa Vitória, the winemaking process behind each bottle and the passion and dedication that define the estate. At 11:30 the tasting session begins, exploring five carefully selected wines and one premium Santa Vitória olive oil with guidance on aromas, flavours, textures and the pairings that reveal the richness of Alentejo gastronomy. Lunch at 13:30 at the Hotel Alentejo Vineyards restaurant closes the structured experience, followed by free time to explore the estate and fully absorb the atmosphere of Casa de Santa Vitória at your own pace.
