No. The activities are designed for people of all fitness levels. No previous obstacle racing experience is required—just a willingness to participate, work as a team, and have fun.
We recommend comfortable sportswear and trainers with good grip suitable for outdoor terrain. As some activities may involve mud or uneven ground, it's a good idea to bring a change of clothes.
The team building activities last approximately 2 hours, followed by a relaxed social gathering with refreshments and an opportunity to celebrate the team's achievements.
