Teacher | Patrícia Teles – I’m Patrícia, a fun-loving woman who adores nature, animals, and finds joy in conversation, teaching, and walking in the countryside. I am passionate about my work and feel fulfilled “cooking” cosmetics and ointments! I have always been drawn to textures, aromas, creams, chemical formulas, which led me to enter the world of selective cosmetics. Concerns for health and sustainability led me to venture into the field of natural cosmetics.

I started the Biocosmetics course at IPN (Portuguese Institute of Naturopathy) and, at the same time, took walks in the countryside for plant recognition with those who know the subject best. I completed the Aromatic Plants and Essential Oils Training course at the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Coimbra, and lastly, a course on homemade ointments with Carmen Garcia! Working in harmony with nature involves using our five senses, capturing the power of plants in maintaining the health and beauty of our bodies.
