SUGO is an Italian food concept based in Lisbon that reinvents Italian cuisine to connect people from all over the world. We bring bold, modern takes on tradition through catering, private events, pop-ups, and hands-on workshops, always with big flavour, a bit of attitude, and zero nostalgia clichés. I work alongside my friends and collaborators, Ciro Mainella and Nuno Santos. Together, we’re ready to leave you with great memories, real cooking know-how, and definitely a couple of stories to tell.
