During a 1h guided tea meditation, we use Moments of Glim tea to cultivate presence through senses. We use the sound of tea dropping in the cup, the warmth of tea in our hands, the warm vapour rising up, the aroma filling our nostrils, the texture of the mug reaching our lips, the flavour touching our tongue, and the warmth going down our bodies. We always end with some music.
