Low back pain is one of the most prevalent and disabling clinical conditions worldwide. The objective of this workshop is to focus on self-knowledge about one’s own body, providing tools for self-care, self-management and prevention of pain and injuries to our spine.
Promote greater body awareness as a means of co-creating health and well-being!
It will consist of 2 parts:
– Theoretical with reference to the study of the anatomy of the lumbar spine and its correlations;
– Practice using practical exercises, breathing techniques and palpation of anatomical reference structures.
What is needed?
I will take care of bringing all the necessary materials. Participants will only need to wear practical clothing (shorts and sports top – optional as the body may be exposed).
Who is it for?
