No prior experience is needed. This introductory workshop is suitable for beginners, with a professional ceramicist guiding you through each step, from working with clay to shaping and decorating your own piece.
You will learn the basics of hand modelling with clay, how to build and refine a ceramic piece from scratch, and how to use textures and surface decoration to create a unique design.
Yes! Wine is included throughout the session, allowing you to enjoy a relaxed, creative atmosphere while working with clay at your own pace.
Yes. Your finished piece will be professionally kiln fired after the workshop. You can arrange to collect it on a date confirmed once firing is complete, or have it shipped for an additional cost depending on your address.
Yes! The experience is designed for individuals, couples and small groups. The Hands On team can also arrange the workshop at your own space anywhere in the Porto region, making it suitable for birthdays, hen parties and other special occasions.
