Sensory food workshop for toddlers in Faro at Mini Sorrisos on Sunday 28 June at 10:30am, a one-hour interactive session for children aged 15 to 36 months guided by Nutri dos Pequeninos, a child nutrition professional. Through hands-on exploration of fruits and natural food materials, little ones discover different textures, colours, shapes and scents in a safe, relaxed and entirely child-led environment that encourages curiosity, sensory development and a positive early relationship with food. All about exploration, play and having fun with natural foods.

The session gives toddlers the freedom to investigate food through touch, smell, sight and play at their own pace, with activities designed to stimulate fine motor skills and independent discovery alongside the sensory exploration itself. Guided by a child nutrition professional, the experience is thoughtfully designed to make food feel safe, interesting and joyful from the very earliest age, building confidence and familiarity with a range of natural foods in a way that supports healthy attitudes toward eating as children grow.

We are Mini Sorrisos, a small indoor playground and community hub for parents near Alameda park in Faro. We offer kids and baby workshops, adult workshops, daily play and birthday parties in a warm and welcoming space designed for little ones and the people who love them.
