Winemaker for a day experience at Casa Santa Vitória in the heart of the Alentejo, a full and genuinely immersive journey into the world of winemaking from vineyard to blending table to your own personalised bottle to take home. From the warm welcome with artisanal jams through a guided vineyard walk, a cellar and barrel room visit, a hands-on blending workshop, a tasting session with regional snacks and a carefully paired lunch at the Alentejo Vineyards Restaurant, this is the most personal and complete wine experience Santa Vitória offers. The day begins with fresh orange juice, water, coffee and a curated selection of artisanal jams to awaken the senses before the experience begins. A guided walk through the vineyards follows, sharing technical insights into vine cultivation, the history of the estate and the unique grape varieties that shape Santa Vitória wines. Lunch at the Alentejo Vineyards Restaurant is carefully crafted and paired with Santa Vitória wines, offering an authentic taste of the region and its gastronomic traditions. The afternoon moves into the winery for a guided cellar and barrel room visit before arriving at the highlight of the day: the hands-on blending workshop, where each participant tastes different wines, experiments with combinations and creates their own personalised blend guided by the Santa Vitória team. The experience closes with a tasting of Santa Vitória wines alongside your custom blend, accompanied by regional snacks. Every participant takes home a bottle of the wine blend they created.
