There is a rhythm to Italian cooking that is difficult to explain and immediately obvious the moment you are inside it. My private Italian cooking workshop in Lisbon brings your group into that rhythm, working through the preparation of a classic Italian dish from start to finish with a professional Italian chef guiding every step. The experience values the process as much as the result, which is why the session ends at the table, eating the meal you just made together.

We open with a welcome and a short introduction to the dish, the ingredients and the logic behind traditional Italian cooking. From there we move into the culinary briefing, covering techniques and how the group will organise itself in the kitchen before everyone gets hands on. The cooking session is fully practical, with the chef present throughout to guide, demonstrate and support. The experience closes with a shared meal: starter, pasta and dessert, prepared by your group and eaten together as a moment of genuine celebration.
