More about your Teacher Tiziana Lepore

    Hi !
I am Tiziana Lepore, an Italian passionate about art and food. I was born into a family of restaurateurs in Benevento (Italy) with a father and brother who are both chefs. I grew up among steaming kitchens, music, and people constantly on the move. I graduated as an art director in Rome specialized in advertising sector, while simultaneously I was studying at the Jazz Academy in Rome as a singer. I also studied sound design because, alongside my work as an art director, I loved (and still love) singing ,writing electronic and acoustic music. Gastronomy and music have always been the two constants in my life up to this day. I discovered that the job of an art director had become too limiting and stressful, so I decided to continue with music and become an event planner.
I lived abroad for many years, exploring various gastronomic, artistic, and social cultures that enriched me incredibly. I managed and bought two restaurants with different partners, and after several years, I wanted to retire from the restaurant business to dedicate myself to something more in tune with my needs. In the meantime, I went through a divorce, and as with all events that seem disastrous, it gave me tremendous energy. My daughter and I moved to Lisbon seven years ago, starting a new life, and five years ago, I developed a passion for creative cooking and took several specialized courses in creative pasta and natural color management in pasta. I had the idea of creating pasta entirely inspired by the beauty of azulejos (tiles), so I created a new pasta brand ( Massazuleja) that I sell in gourmet restaurants and high-end food stores. Today, I work by conducting creative pasta workshops, private events, and concerts, becoming the entrepreneur of myself and my projects. I love what I do even more because it wasn’t easy to achieve. I wish to continue studying and perfecting myself in the areas I love most. Lisbon is a beautiful city because it offers the opportunity to come into contact with many different realities and cultures, allowing you to learn and constantly improve.
