Course Structure:

Class 1 – May 12th: Kitchen basics, chicken soup, mushroom sauce chicken, traditional “leite creme” dessert
Class 2 – May 19th: Stuffed mushrooms, white fish with butter-caper sauce, egg pudding
Class 3 – May 26th: Portuguese gizzards in tomato sauce, duck rice, drunken pears
Class 4 – June 2nd: Omelet techniques, mackerel Spanish-style, fruit mousse
