Certified Laughter Yoga Leader course in Lagoa with Sabrina Tacconi, the only person in Portugal qualified to certify Laughter Yoga Leader Trainers and a Master Trainer with 20 years of experience promoting this internationally recognised method. Across three days and ten hours of training, you learn how to lead structured and effective laughter yoga sessions using scientifically based techniques, working with groups across different contexts and developing a personal or professional project with real purpose. This is more than a training course. It is an invitation to transform your life and the lives of others through conscious laughter.

Laughter Yoga was created in 1995 by Dr. Madan Kataria and combines breathing exercises with intentional laughter to activate the body’s natural mechanisms for deep relaxation, stress reduction and immune system strengthening. In Portugal the method is well established and growing, being applied in companies, schools, hospitals, care homes and community projects. By becoming a certified Laughter Yoga Leader you gain the tools, the technique and the credential to apply this work professionally across any of these settings.

I am Sabrina Tacconi, Master Trainer and Laughter Ambassador for Portugal. I discovered in laughter yoga a new way of living and approaching life, became a Laughter Leader and earned my Ambassador certification for the extensive work I carried out promoting the method in Portugal. With 20 years of experience across the corporate sector and many other types of organisations, I am passionate about this work and deeply aware of the importance of laughing together to achieve greater joy and better health. I am the author of three books and the only person in Portugal qualified to certify Laughter Yoga Leader Trainers.
