You'll learn how to prepare an authentic Moroccan Chicken Tagine from scratch, including how to use traditional Moroccan spices, combine classic flavours, and cook the tagine using authentic techniques. You'll also learn how to make traditional Moroccan mint tea.
You'll take home the authentic Chicken Tagine recipe, Moroccan mint tea recipe, new cooking skills and techniques, and the confidence to recreate this traditional Moroccan meal for your family and friends.
All ingredients, cooking equipment, aprons, hands-on instruction, traditional Moroccan mint tea, a selection of Moroccan pastries, your freshly prepared Chicken Tagine to enjoy during the workshop, and printed or digital recipes are included.
The workshop takes place at Pastelaria Fatima Al Zahra in Benfica, Lisbon, and lasts approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, allowing plenty of time to cook, learn about Moroccan cuisine, and enjoy the meal together.
