Pasta Fresca Art workshop in Lisbon with SUGO, a three-hour creative and culinary experience for groups of 7 to 14 people where fresh pasta becomes a form of artistic expression. Led by Gianluca Spalletta alongside Ciro Mainella and Nuno Santos, this is not a typical pasta workshop. Using naturally coloured doughs in spinach, beetroot, turmeric and more, edible flowers and herbs, your group designs ravioli that are as visually striking as they are delicious, exploring patterns, contrasts, layering and texture in a relaxed and genuinely social setting that ends with a shared meal built entirely from your own edible creations. From 65 euros per person, no prior experience needed.

The session follows a clear and enjoyable arc. It opens with a drink and a short introduction to the Pasta Fresca Art approach before moving into colour and technique work, learning to combine naturally dyed doughs and build visual compositions. A short break with fresh bruschetta and drinks follows while the dough rests, creating the kind of relaxed pause that makes the whole experience feel social rather than instructional. The core of the experience is the ravioli design itself: layering, shaping and decorating with your own artistic touch before everything is cooked and served with your chosen sauce. The meal closes with a signature tiramisù with a coffee and Amarguinha twist and a traditional Italian coffee prepared with a Bialetti moka.
