Winery team building at Esporão takes your group on a guided journey through the vineyards, winery and cellar, learning the full winemaking process from grape to glass before sitting down to a tasting of selected wines that brings everything you have just seen into the glass. Few shared experiences connect a group quite like understanding something together from the very beginning, and this one does it through one of the Alentejo’s most celebrated estates. Optional cheese and cured meat boards with regional products make it a complete sensory afternoon in the heart of the Alentejo. Minimum 20 participants.

The visit moves through three distinct environments: the vineyards where the story of each wine begins, the winery where those decisions are translated into production, and the cellar where time and craft do their work. Your guide connects each stage to what you will taste at the end, giving the tasting a depth of context that transforms it from a pleasant activity into something genuinely educational and memorable. The tasting offers a choice between Colheita and Reserva options, allowing you to explore different profiles, complexity levels and aromatic characteristics across the Esporão range.

    More about your Teacher Esporão

    Esporão

Set in the heart of Portugal’s Alentejo region, Esporão represents a deep respect for the land, tradition, and innovation—values that resonate strongly with me.

My experience here is rooted in creating meaningful connections between people and the products of the land. Through immersive wine tastings and olive oil experiences, I aim to guide visitors on a sensory journey—one that highlights not only the flavors and aromas, but also the stories, craftsmanship, and sustainability behind each bottle and harvest.

Working closely with both wine and olive production allows me to share a holistic perspective of Alentejo’s rich agricultural heritage. Whether introducing guests to the nuances of terroir in a glass of wine or the complexity of a freshly pressed olive oil, my goal is always to create authentic, memorable experiences.

At Esporão, every detail matters—from the vineyard to the table—and I take pride in being part of a team that values quality, sustainability, and genuine hospitality. This role allows me to combine knowledge, storytelling, and passion to deliver experiences that stay with people long after they leave.
