Set in the heart of Portugal’s Alentejo region, Esporão represents a deep respect for the land, tradition, and innovation—values that resonate strongly with me. My experience here is rooted in creating meaningful connections between people and the products of the land. Through immersive wine tastings and olive oil experiences, I aim to guide visitors on a sensory journey—one that highlights not only the flavors and aromas, but also the stories, craftsmanship, and sustainability behind each bottle and harvest. Working closely with both wine and olive production allows me to share a holistic perspective of Alentejo’s rich agricultural heritage. Whether introducing guests to the nuances of terroir in a glass of wine or the complexity of a freshly pressed olive oil, my goal is always to create authentic, memorable experiences. At Esporão, every detail matters—from the vineyard to the table—and I take pride in being part of a team that values quality, sustainability, and genuine hospitality. This role allows me to combine knowledge, storytelling, and passion to deliver experiences that stay with people long after they leave.

The activity requires a minimum of 20 participants (pax) to take place.
Yes. For groups of over 50 participants, special arrangements are required, and availability must be confirmed in advance upon request.
No prior experience is necessary. The activity is designed to be fun, educational, and accessible to everyone.
At the end of the activity, each participant takes home not only great memories and new knowledge about winemaking, but you can also purchase additional bottles of wine at our shop.
