Working closely with both wine and olive production allows me to share a holistic perspective of Alentejo’s rich agricultural heritage. Whether introducing guests to the nuances of terroir in a glass of wine or the complexity of a freshly pressed olive oil, my goal is always to create authentic, memorable experiences. At Esporão, every detail matters—from the vineyard to the table—and I take pride in being part of a team that values quality, sustainability, and genuine hospitality.
