The day begins at 11:00 with a welcome drink featuring fresh orange juice, water, coffee and a curated selection of artisanal jams, designed to awaken every sense before the winery tour begins. The tour takes you through the story of the estate, the philosophy behind Santa Vitória wines and the secrets of the winemaking and olive oil production process. At 12:30 the cooking workshop begins alongside the chef, preparing a starter and a main course while learning culinary techniques, local traditions and the art of pairing flavours. Each dish is harmonised with selected wines and olive oil throughout, creating a genuine celebration of Alentejo gastronomy. The day closes with free time to explore the estate and absorb the energy of this remarkable place at your own pace.
