We’ll be crafting three levels of fiery goodness—from mild to “Where’s the Fire Extinguisher?!”

From the masterminds behind the legendary sauces “Netflix and Chilli” and “Fire in the Hole”, this workshop’s chilli connoisseur will pepper you with knowledge, including a crash course on different chillis and their hot history.

You’ll leave with a few jars of your very own handcrafted chilli sauce—and maybe a burning desire to make more! Plus, you’ll feel that warm glow inside, though we can’t promise it won’t come from the sauce! 🔥

The chilli workshop will be held in Tom’s garden in Belverde, just 20 minutes south of Lisbon—a perfect setting to turn up the heat and spice up your cooking game!

No need to bring anything — but a peppering of humour goes a long way 🌶️🔥😂

    Having grown up without much spice in my life it was only when I started traveling around S.E. Asia that I fell in love with the hottest fruit on the planet.

    Eating chillis also allows me a good excuse to drink lots of chocolate milk
