The Parkour WAY project has been promoting and teaching Parkour in Lisbon since 2014, offering progressive, safe and above all fun training for everyone of all ages. The project has 7 partnerships in the Greater Lisbon area, making Parkour accessible anywhere.

No. These classes are designed both for those who want to learn or improve some movements. The classes are for children and young people who want to start learning parkour from scratch, in a safe, progressive and fun way.
Yes. Safety is a priority. All exercises are progressive and suitable for each person's initial level, with constant supervision from the instructor.
Throughout the 4 classes, we will work on basic parkour movements, passing different types of obstacles, building small sequences, and group games and dynamics.
No problem. The goal is precisely to help each participant progress at their own pace, in a positive, supervised environment without unnecessary pressure.
Comfortable sportswear and trainers with good, clean grip, water bottle. We'll handle the rest in training 😎
No. Having energy helps, of course, but the workshop serves precisely to develop physical and motor skills. You don't need to arrive already "strong"—that's what we build.
