For groups of 4 to 15 people, Sara arrives with all ingredients and cooking essentials, prepares a generous and high-quality Italian-inspired meal in your kitchen using seasonal produce, includes one bottle of red and one bottle of white wine per four guests and leaves the kitchen spotless afterwards. The only things you need to provide are a usable kitchen and basic silverware.

The menu is built around comforting, beautifully made Italian dishes with room for personalisation. Pasta dishes and sauces range from classic carbonara and slow-cooked ragù to gorgonzola with caramelised onion and walnuts, aubergine with tomato and burrata, prosciutto and rosemary and more. Fresh pizza can be included depending on your setup and preferences. Signature salads complement the meal with colour and freshness, including roasted vegetables with pomegranate, feta and tahini-honey-garlic vinaigrette, caprese, watermelon with basil and feta and seasonal fruit options.     Sara Di Rocco

    Sara is an Italian-Portuguese Shiatsu and Ayurveda Yoga Massage therapist with three years' experience in private practice as well as festival contexts. She is also a nonna-in-the-making, spreading the love for Italian cuisine and fermentation techniques. She's passionate about the connection between body-mind-emotion and loves everything that grounds her and her students into the present moment.
    Polyglot, multicultural and highly sensitive, she reads the room with empaty and immediately creates community and spreads joy during her workshops.
