Private Italian finger food workshop in Lisbon for groups of friends, families and companies who want to cook together, eat together and celebrate the kind of Italian food that is made to be shared. Led by an experienced and dedicated chef, this hands-on finger food session brings your group into the kitchen to prepare a full spread of Italian dishes from scratch, building team spirit and genuine connection throughout the process before sitting down together to enjoy everything you made in a relaxed and convivial setting.
The session follows a clear four-part structure: a welcome and introduction to set the tone, a cooking briefing to organise the group and explain the dishes, a fully hands-on practical cooking session, and a shared meal at the end where everything comes together at the table. The menu is a celebration of Italian finger food culture at its best, covering fried polenta, pesto sauce, prawns with putanesca sauce, focaccia with garlic and rosemary, endives with gorgonzola, walnut and sun-dried tomato dressing, and zabaglione and amaretti for dessert, all paired with Poças Coroa D’Ouro white and red wines alongside water, iced tea, teas and coffee throughout.
