A private Moroccan cooking workshop in Lisbon for groups of friends, families and companies who want to cook together, discover the flavours of Morocco and share an authentic meal around the table. Led by Chef Mustapha Hamrane from the Marrakesh Restaurant, this hands-on experience brings your group into the kitchen to prepare a traditional Moroccan menu from scratch, encouraging collaboration, creativity and the joy of cooking together.

The workshop follows a simple and engaging format: a welcome and introduction to Moroccan cuisine, a cooking briefing to organise the group and present the recipes, a fully hands-on cooking session, and finally, a shared meal where everyone sits down to enjoy what they have created together.

The menu is a celebration of Moroccan flavours and traditions, featuring a fresh Moroccan salad, a delicious chicken tagine and a refreshing orange salad to finish.
