I host practical “food as medicine” workshops focused on preparing nourishing, affordable, and delicious everyday meals with intention and simplicity. Together, we explore how different foods support the body through their nutrients, how to pair ingredients for better nutritional absorption, and how to build balanced meals without overcomplicating cooking. The workshop combines cooking, nutrition, and meal-prep strategies designed to make healthy eating more sustainable and accessible in daily life.
During the session, we prepare a variety of versatile staples such as pasta sauces, stews, bone broth, and seasonal vegetable dishes while discussing how to shop in bulk, prep efficiently, and store food properly to save time, reduce waste, and make weekly cooking easier. Participants get to bring home one of the meals we prepare together, so please bring your own tupperware containers. After the workshop, everyone receives a digital recipe card with all recipes and preparation notes covered during the session. Tea and other beverages are served throughout the experience.
Workshops currently take place at my home in a relaxed and welcoming environment, where my cat Covinha also lives — so please keep this in mind if you have allergies. I’m also available for private workshops, group sessions, and team-building experiences for companies or special events.
You should bring tupperwares that you will be bringing the food home in :)
