Fresh pasta workshop in Lisbon for groups who want more than a cooking class. SUGO’s three-hour hands-on experience is built around making everything from scratch, from dough to shaping to sitting down together to eat what you made, with big Italian flavour, genuine technique and the kind of atmosphere that makes three hours feel like the best part of the week. Available for groups of 7 to 12 people, beginner-friendly throughout, and flexible enough to adapt to smaller or larger groups on request.

The session opens with a welcome drink and a introduction to what you are about to cook together. You choose your pasta style from classic egg pasta (tagliatelle, tagliolini, farfalle or fusilli), filled pasta (ravioli) or gnocchi, and your artisanal sauce from bolognese ragù, vegan bolognese ragù, pumpkin and pork, ricotta and cherry tomatoes, or alfredo with lemon and basil. From there you get your hands into the dough, learning to mix, knead and work it using traditional Italian techniques. While the dough rests, fresh bruschetta with cherry tomatoes and your choice of drinks give everyone a moment to breathe and connect before moving into shaping, using traditional Imperia machines and hand tools depending on the pasta type. Your pasta is cooked and served with your chosen sauce, and the session closes with SUGO’s signature tiramisu and a traditional Italian coffee made in an original Bialetti Moka pot.

Sessions available for groups of 7 to 12 people. Smaller or larger groups welcome on request. Price from 55 euros per person, may vary depending on requests. No prior cooking experience needed.

If you have a fun apron, bring it. If not, nothing - we'll provide everything.

    O melhor workshop que já fiz, sem dúvida! Foi super divertido aprender a fazer a pasta do zero e perceber todos os truques para que fique mesmo no ponto certo. Adorei o ambiente descontraído e a forma como tudo foi explicado, super fácil de aprender mesmo para quem não tem experiência. No final comer a pasta que foi feita por nós foi super especial❤️Sai de lá com vontade de repetir e começar a fazer pasta fresca em casa. Recomendo mesmo a experiência!
