Traditional Portuguese cooking workshop in Almada at Homie Academy for anyone who loves Portuguese gastronomy and wants to learn to make the most iconic dishes from scratch, with all the authentic seasoning, flavour combinations and techniques that make them genuinely special. This hands-on session covers a full traditional Portuguese meal from starter to dessert, ending with everyone sitting down together to eat everything that was prepared. All ingredients, the meal, drinks, recipes and apron are included. No prior cooking experience needed, just appetite and the desire to learn.

The session moves through a complete traditional Portuguese menu step by step. An introduction to Portuguese gastronomy and its essential ingredients opens the experience before moving into the practical cooking: a typical Portuguese starter, a traditional Portuguese fish dish, a traditional Portuguese meat dish and a Portuguese dessert. Every stage is guided by the Homie Academy team with practical tips on authentic seasoning and regional flavour combinations throughout. The session closes with a full shared meal of everything prepared together.
