## About Me I’m Susana Pimentel, the person behind **AZCOOK – Azeitão Cooking Studio**, a space created to bring people together through food, learning and shared experiences. For me, cooking is about much more than following a recipe. It’s about getting hands-on, understanding the ingredients, learning new techniques and, most importantly, enjoying the process. At AZCOOK, I love creating a welcoming and relaxed environment where everyone feels comfortable getting involved, asking questions and discovering something new.
