I’m Susana Pimentel, the person behind **AZCOOK – Azeitão Cooking Studio**, a space created to bring people together through food, learning and shared experiences.
For me, cooking is about much more than following a recipe. It’s about getting hands-on, understanding the ingredients, learning new techniques and, most importantly, enjoying the process. At AZCOOK, I love creating a welcoming and relaxed environment where everyone feels comfortable getting involved, asking questions and discovering something new.
I’m passionate about bringing people together around the kitchen table and making every workshop a memorable experience — from the first preparation to the final bite.
Whether you’re looking to learn new cooking skills, explore Portuguese food and traditions, or simply spend a great time with friends, family or colleagues, I look forward to welcoming you to AZCOOK in Azeitão.

Fabuloso workshop e excelentes formadores
I really enjoyed the fish workshop at AZCook and found it incredibly valuable. The content was well-structured, engaging, and highly relevant. The Chef Valter did an excellent job of explaining clearly all the cooking steps plus really good useful tips!! Also the space is very professional and well equipped and we could enjoy the meals that we cooked with a great local wine! Thank you Valter and Susana for the knowledge passed and experience :) I highly recommend this workshop!
