In this unique experience, you will discover the secrets to the perfect dough, the aromatic spices, and techniques to create two types of Easter bread:

  • Traditional Easter Bread – the classic sweet Easter bread, with its rustic touch and authentic flavor.
  • Olhão Rose Bread – a unique and charming version, known for its flaky texture and irresistible appearance.

With hands-on guidance and valuable tips from the chef/pâtissier, each participant will create their own Easter breads, which they will take home to share with their family. And, of course, you will not leave without tasting your creations in the studio, sitting around the table and sharing experiences with other participants!
