    I really enjoyed the fish workshop at AZCook and found it incredibly valuable. The content was well-structured, engaging, and highly relevant. The Chef Valter did an excellent job of explaining clearly all the cooking steps plus really good useful tips!! Also the space is very professional and well equipped and we could enjoy the meals that we cooked with a great local wine! Thank you Valter and Susana for the knowledge passed and experience 🙂 I highly recommend this workshop!
